I love helping women figure out what it means for them to thrive in that unique environment, help them pursue their passions & dreams, and live their best life!

During my corporate career with companies such as Hilton Worldwide, PwC, and Booz Allen Hamilton, I was working with a life coach on career topics, but I quickly realized the incredible benefits of life coaching in all other areas of my life as well. I loved coaching so much that I left the corporate world in 2013 to become a Certified Professional Life Coach – and I’ve been living my dream ever since!

Some of my first few coaching clients happened to be wives of executives who were ready to start focusing more on themselves. It was amazing to watch them reach their dreams and enjoy the fulfilling balance they achieved between family, personal, and professional.

Over the last 7 years, I've continued helping many more wives of executives to identify and experience their ‘something more’.
